About Zolia.

Zolia revolves entirely around the concept of open-fire cooking.

With a minimalistic interior that accentuates the heritage building it occupies, resembling a hearth. Spanning three levels and featuring distinct areas—the main dining room, a wine bar, and a rooftop bar—the main dining room offers a view of the open kitchen equipped with two charcoal pits (one for seafood and starters, the other for meat) and a wood-fired oven.

Zolia focuses its menu on the imaginative use of wood fire, eliminating electricity and gas for a back-to-basics cooking style.

Executive Chef and co-owner, Mia Anderson, along with her adept team, embrace the elemental essence of cooking, allowing genuine creativity and personal expression to flourish. An array of woods, including cedar, hickory, maple, and walnut, infuse distinct flavors into each dish. Collaborating with local suppliers and farmers guarantees the freshest, top-quality meat, seafood, poultry, and vegetables. At Zolia, transparency is paramount, leaving no room for concealment.
